On Aug. 2, Congresswoman Doris Matsui (D-CA) and U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) reintroduced the Cruise Passenger Protection Act, legislation to better protect passengers aboard cruise ships through updated passenger safety standards and cruise line reporting requirements.
