The American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE) announced Jan. 22 Mary Vixie Sandy, Ed.D., executive director of the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, as the 2025 recipient of the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education David G. Imig Award for Distinguished Achievement in Teacher Education.
