YOLO COUNTY, CA (MPG) - The Yolo Community Foundation is pleased to announce the honorees for the annual Yolo Philanthropy Awards, recognizing the extraordinary individuals and organizations making a significant impact in Yolo County. This year, more than 50 local nonprofits are coming together to honor the volunteers and donors who generously contribute their time, talent, and resources to better our community. This is tremendous growth from last year, going from 32 honorees in 2023 to over 50 in 2024.

The Yolo Philanthropy Awards will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the California Agriculture Museum. Doors open at 4 p.m., followed by a celebration and reception. This event was made possible by title sponsor Nugget Markets, as well as supporting sponsors Recology, Sutter Health, Edward Jones Office of Matt Yancey, and Evelyn & Walter Haas Jr. Fund.

“We are incredibly inspired by the honorees of the Yolo Philanthropy Awards each year,” said Jessica Hubbard, Executive Director of the Yolo Community Foundation. “Their dedication uplifts our community and enables nonprofit organizations to continue their impactful work for Yolo County. We are excited to celebrate these remarkable individuals who give so much to improve the lives of others.”
