Turner Library – Monday, January 22 Turner Library, located at 1212 Merkley Avenue, in West Sacramento, will be open from 2-6pm.Special upcoming programs and events for the week of 1/21 – 1/27 include Teen Movie Night on Wednesday afternoon, Repair Café’ from 10am-1pm on 1/27 and Retro Family Movie Night on 1/27 from 2-4pm.
