GRIDLEY, CA (MPG) – The new Savmor store will be opening its doors soon!

Manager of the Gridley location, Kayla Parker, says that the new store, being built behind AM/PM off of Fairview Avenue in Gridley, will be almost twice the size of the current store in downtown Gridley. 

Due to its large size, Parker says that the store will be much like a warehouse in style and employ double the number of staff at Savmors’ current location.  So far, three hiring events have been held and Parker is finalizing a team of 80-90 employees, most of them locals.

The new Savmor does not plan to have a grand opening but will opt for a soft opening instead. Parker says that they are currently looking at the second week in August to officially open its doors to the public.
