Gallagher Honors Assembly District 3 Women of the Year

SACRAMENTO, CA (MPG) – On July 7, Assembly Republican Leader James Gallagher (Yuba City) and his wife Janna hosted an event in Chico to recognize recipients of the Assembly District 3 2022 Women of the Year Award.
The six women attended a special lunch at Tres Hombres in Chico accompanied by a guest and their nominator. Gallagher presented each woman with a formal resolution and offered comments of gratitude for their service to community.
“All of the nominees recommended for this award deserve accolades for their selfless commitment to serving their community,” said Gallagher. “The North State is a special place. We lift each other up and have a reputation for the care and support we offer our neighbors. I am honored to recognize each of these six women for all that they do as they represent the best of what the North State has to offer.”
Gallagher’s office solicited nominations throughout the district to honor outstanding woman from each of the six counties he represents in the State Legislature.
Assembly District 3 2022 Woman of the Year Honorees: Butte County – Anastacia Snyder; Colusa County – Shiela Etchepare; Glenn County – Barbara LaDoucer; Sutter County – Annie Houston; Tehama County – Kari Dodd; Yuba County – Angie Gates.
Assemblyman James Gallagher represents the 3rd Assembly District, which encompasses all of Glenn, Sutter, Tehama, and Yuba counties as well as portions of Butte and Colusa counties.
